Welcome to the online sales platform of PT Istana Alam Kahuripan (IAKA) at https://iaka.co.id/shop/. By accessing, registering on, or making a purchase transaction through this website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions set out below.

  1. General Provisions and Business Scope
  • This website is lawfully operated by PT Istana Alam Kahuripan (IAKA), a company engaged in the supply of industrial chemicals, water and wastewater treatment, and engineering and industrial facility maintenance services.
  • The services and products sold are intended for lawful industrial, professional, and commercial use in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  1. Order Value Limits (Order Range)
  • The minimum transaction value processed through the invoice/online shop system is US$ 1,000.00 and the maximum is US$ 5,000.00 (or the equivalent value in Indonesian Rupiah) per order/invoice, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
  • For transactions exceeding US$ 5,000.00, Customers may contact our sales team directly.
  1. Pricing, Tax (11% VAT), and Currency Exchange Rate
  • Tax Inclusion: All prices for goods and services listed in the online shop catalog and on invoices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT 11%) in accordance with prevailing Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Currency Exchange Rate Benchmark: For transactions referenced in US Dollars (USD), the conversion to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is locked at a fixed rate of IDR 18,100 / US$ 1.00.
  • PT IAKA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, such changes shall not affect orders that have already been paid for or confirmed.
  1. Payment Methods and Processing
  • Payments may be made through the payment methods available on our official channels (Virtual Account, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, QRIS, PayPal, Payoneer, Xendit, Midtrans, DOKU).
  • Payment Processing Time: Each transaction and payment requires 1–3 business days for processing and administrative verification after proof of payment or gateway system confirmation is received.
  • For payments under a Down Payment (DP) scheme, ownership rights and the delivery schedule of goods/services will be adjusted according to the settlement terms agreed on the official invoice.
  1. Delivery Terms and Receiver Address
  • Address Confirmation: For the safety and security of chemical/engineering equipment deliveries, the Complete Receiver Address must be submitted officially by email to helpdesk@iaka.co.id after the Down Payment or full payment has been successfully processed.
  • Delivery schedules and estimated arrival times depend on the destination location, fleet availability, and applicable regulations governing the transportation of hazardous/non-hazardous chemicals.
  1. Transaction Security and Data Privacy Protection
  • PT IAKA guarantees the privacy of customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All sensitive cardholder transaction information is processed through secure, encrypted channels (SSL/TLS) by licensed Payment Gateway providers.
  • PT IAKA does not directly store credit/debit card numbers on our website servers.
  • Please refer to our “Privacy Policy & Data Security” guidelines.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Customers bear full responsibility for the storage, handling, and use of chemicals in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and the safety guidelines provided by PT IAKA.
  • PT IAKA shall not be liable for indirect losses, property damage, or injuries arising from the misuse of products by the Customer.
  • Customers are entitled to request a refund and product return if they meet the requirements of the applicable “Return & Refund Policy“.
  1. Force Majeure
    PT IAKA shall be released from liability for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, epidemics, government policies restricting logistics or chemical transportation, and major network disruptions.
  2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these transactions shall be resolved amicably through deliberation to reach consensus, or otherwise through the jurisdiction of the Karawang District Court, West Java.
